02Book your consultation
Click on the ”book consultation now” button to get started to have your information accessed by the doctor during your call. The consultation fee is $250.00 and is fully refundable if you do not qualify for treatment.

03Pay for the consult
We process payments using Square a secure 3rd party payment processor. Payments are encrypted and secure so no need to worry. We’ve got you covered.

04Choose a date and time
Once your payment has been approved you will get access to our calendar. Book a time and date that suits you best.

05Complete your bloodwork
We will email you a digital blood request form. Take this form with you to your local pathology clinic and draw your bloods. Once complete, please let us know what clinic you attended so that we can request your results.

06Speak to the doctor
Everyone is different so for this reason, you will be treated as an individual. That’s why the doctors will not only examine your blood work, they will also assess your symptoms; your detailed medical history and you will have a chance to ask any questions you may have. On this call with the doctor, they will ask you some questions which will assist with your diagnoses and treatment.

07Prescription processed
Once you have completed your consultation with the doctor, and they have approved your treatment, you will be notified of the outcome and the treatment will be discussed with you during your consultation. The doctor will also evaluate the strength/dosage that is suited for you. The script will be sent off to the selected pharmacy for processing.

08Treatment is dispatched
Your treatment is on its way, via Express Registered Post. But don’t get too excited yet, we need you to sign for the delivery. So please make sure you pick a delivery address where you will be available to sign and accept the package or alternatively it can be picked up from your local Post Office if you are not available to accept the delivery.

09Monitor your progress
Wow you’ve made it this far. We now want to make sure everything is progressing as it should. For this reason, we will be requesting follow up pathology testing and a review with the doctor in 6 months. If there are any changes to your management the doctor will discuss this in your review. We will re check your progress at 6-month intervals whilst on the program. From this point onwards, the doctor will evaluate if you are suitable to continue the program.

Frequently Asked Questions
I recently had a blood test done at my local GP, do I need to redo my test?

This depends when the test was completed and what pathology items were tested. It’s up to the doctor to decide whether or not you will need to repeat the test.

How much does the program cost?

The cost of the 12 month program will be $1550.00 per year. Paying the yearly fee means you save approximately $470.00. Should you choose to opt for the 6-month program, it will cost you $1080.00 per 6-month period. Please note that the $250.00 consult fee will be deducted from the total program cost. The cost of the program includes your initial consultation with the doctor, your overall management of the program, as well as your follow up consultation/s at 6 monthly intervals. If you complete your consultation and wish to proceed with the selected program, once payment has been received, we will send the script to the selected pharmacy for dispensing. *Additional consultation fees may apply outside of the included scheduled reviews

What is the treatment period?

Treatment time can vary depending on your blood work and your symptoms.
