Refund Policy
Low T Clinic only provides a prescribing service. As such, we are unable to provide refunds after the medication has been prescribed and dispatched by the pharmacy. The policy also applies to general medicines that have been prescribed by a doctor and have been dispatched by the pharmacy. You declare your agreement and acceptance of the policy once you checkout. However, in case the prescribing doctor finds that you are medically unsuited for the medication, you will be able to receive a full refund through a reversal made to the credit card, which you used for the purchase. In general, payment gateways take 1 to 5 days to reverse payments received.
